What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?

PayPal payments are accepted online in the Cristina's Paintings (CPS) shopping cart. Customers will have the option to pay via credit card or PayPal when finalizing checkout.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Because all purchases on Cristina's Paintings are done through PayPal, the world-renowned online payment service, you are guaranteed the safety, security, and professionalism
of PayPal's payment services. All credit/debit transactions are secure and encrypted for your safety and peace of mind.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Since each replica is produced at the time an order is placed, we cannot accept returns.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If an order arrives damaged please notify us immediately by sending an email to mcals77@yahoo.com. You will have 5 days from the arrival date to notify us of any damages.
We will then file a claim with the shipping company. Once the claim has been properly investigated and processed we will provide either a refund or replacement.

SECURITY / PRIVACY

What do you do with my personal information submitted during ordering?
We use the e-mail address that is provided during ordering solely for the purpose of providing an electronic receipt and confirmation that your order has been received.
We DO NOT gather addresses for any other purposes other than shipping the product to you.

ORDERING

How do I delete a product that I added to my order?
You may delete or cancel any item prior to submitting your order. To delete item(s) simply change the quantity (Qty.) to zero (0) for each item(s) you wish to remove from your order
AND hit the "Update Cart" button. To modify quantity simply re-enter the new quantity and hit the "Update Cart" button.

How do I change the quantity for item(s) in my shopping cart?
To modify your order quantity on any item(s) in your "Shopping Cart", simply re-enter the new quantity for each item or items and hit the "Update Cart" button. This will instantly recalculate
your total item(s) ordered and the costs associated with your revised order.

Can I order by telephone or pay by check?
Currently, we do not accept phone orders and therefore we can't process a check. In order to offer our competitive rates, we focus exclusively on Online Shoppers, because it is less expensive
to process orders for these types of customers. All purchases must be paid at the time of ordering and since our primary credit card processing service is web based, all payments can
only be accepted through the web site.

How do I cancel an order?
If you have not completely submitted your order and wish to cancel or empty your "Shopping Cart" you can do so by changing the quantity (Qty.) to zero (0) for ALL item(s) in your shopping
cart AND hit the "Update Cart" button.

If you have already submitted your order and a confirmation of such was received on screen or via email, then please contact Cristina IMMEDIATELY at mcals77@yahoo.com Since many
of my products are reproduced at the time of ordering it is crucial that you make contact with me immediately so that production on any orders can either be halted or canceled.

Can I order items as gifts?
Every item on CPS is an ideal gift. If you are looking to give a unique gift to someone special then you have come to the right place. CPS does not provide gift-wrapping but we
are more than happy to include, at no additional cost, a small gift card with your personalized message.

To order an item that will be directly shipped to the gift recipient, I have provided a section for a "Shipping Address" that can be different than the "Billing Address" and this can be
entered at the time of ordering.

How do I enter a gift message?
If you would like to enter a personalized gift message we would be happy to accommodate and provide you with a complimentary gift card included with the product at the time of packaging.
For all other items, upon reaching the final stage of ordering at the Congratulations page, please click on the Contact Me link. Here is where you can indicate any
special instructions such as: "Gift - please do not include pricing invoice and add gift card with following message: To: Paul, From Lauren - Happy Birthday...

I will be happy to honor your request to make your gift giving that much more special

DELIVERY / SHIPPING

When will I receive my order?
Most of the products available online are sent for reproduction immediately following the time of purchase. Our standard packing and shipping timeframes vary depending on the craftsmanship
involved per item. As a standard, items normally ship within 5 business days. Delivery can be expected within 2-4 weeks of purchase by FedEx ground (Continental U.S. only) and 4 weeks
by FedEx air (Internationally).

What are the shipping options and costs that are available?
The "Shipping Charge" includes the cost of packaging, handling and postage. Each product will have a shipping charge based on its' predetermined weight range, size and method of mailing.
Shipping will be charged at the time of ordering and will include insurance, handling and packaging fees.

Do you ship internationally?
We do ship to international addresses. The shipping cost is based on total weight of your complete order and uses current FedEx shipping rates with insurance, handling and packaging fees added in.
